UPDATE 10/05 : My Dad, Frank Wilson, just retired from 30 years of managing the Midwayĭrive In and Swap Meet in Kent Washington. Here's more information regarding the closure below. In September of 2005, the Midway closed its doors for good. Midway Drive-in Screen Tower (Demolished) After being opened for business for almost 50 years, it closed down in the 90's and had remained as a swap meet location.
